Our chocolates contain cream based ganaches (the center filling of the chocolates) and are made with organic cream, European style butter, and chocolate to form a rich and smooth chocolate ganache. Unless otherwise noted all chocolate coatings are dark chocolate. We use many organic fruits and spices, use no preservatives, and all of our chocolates are gluten free.
