Shipping & Returns
- Orders sent via FEDEX 2nd Day Air will be delivered within four business days. Overnight orders received by 11:00 AM (PST) will be delivered the following business day. Overnight orders received AFTER 11:00 AM (PST) will be shipped the following business day for delivery upon the second business day.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, FEDEX Ground shipping is available only to locations within the San Francisco Bay Area. All other orders must be shipped FEDEX 2nd Day Air or FEDEX overnight.
- Ground shipping is available to the following San Francisco Bay Area Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano and Sonoma. During warm months (see below), add and additional $5.00.
- Orders sent via FEDEX ground (SF Bay Area Only) will be delivered within two business days.
- Due to the perishable nature of our product, no orders will be shipped on Fridays without special arrangement. Please call us at (415) 407-8413 to inquire about Saturday delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
- If your order must be received by a specific date, please include this information in “Special Instructions/Comments About Your Order” during check out.
- Coco Délice Fine Chocolates will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
- Coco Délice Fine Chocolates prefers to ship to a business/work address. However, we will ship to a residential address if required. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Coco Délice Fine Chocolates is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
- Coco Délice Fine Chocolates is not responsible for undeliverable packages, due to incorrect addresses.
